The department is headed by the County Clerk.

ADMINISTRATION SECTION:
• Management of Council Resources

• Attending to legal matters arising
• Motor Vehicle operations and co-ordination      
Council meetings minutes

ENFORCEMENT SECTION
• Assessment of security situations and advising on any precautions necessary.

REGISTRY SECTION
• Handling files
• Recording received correspondences & Dispatching of mails
