    Prospective Tenderers/ Consultants must meet the following prerequisite criteria.

      • Provide copy of payment receipt for tender documents.
      • Provide copies of Registration Certificates.
      • Provide copies of PIN, VAT and valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
      • Demonstrate successful undertaking of similar assignment or those of comparable scale in each of the area.
      • Demonstrate capacity to undertake the assignment to its completion.
      • Comprehensive Consultant’s Profile

    Payments of non refundable Ksh. 2,000 for category one (1) and Ksh.5000 for Category Two and Three
    (3) should be made at the Cash Office OR in Bankers Cheque in favour of County Council of Nakuru.

    Eligible Firms may obtain tender documents from County Council of Nakuru Head Office, Procurement Office
    between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm OR download from the council Website: www.nakurucounty.or.ke.

     Duly completed tenders with relevant documentation in plain sealed envelopes indicating the tender number
    and not bearing the tenderer name may be physically deposited in the TENDER BOX at County Hall ground
    floor or send to;
